  • Introducing you to our contacts at key accounts in all channels including On Premise Restaurant, Off Premise Retail Stores and Chains as well as National Account On Premise so we can work together to further the growth and brand equity of your winery's portfolio.


  • Sharing our knowledge and industry contacts with your management and sales director to develop plans that will grow distribution and depletion volumes. These plans will include pricing and programming recommendations and strategies. 


  • Providing you with a list of accurate monthly reports, giving you the option of choosing those reports that meet your most important data needs. These reports include:
    • Inventory - allowing for review and proper management of inventory levels by distributor.
    • Account Sold List -ensures distributor is selling your wines into the correct accounts and also give a path for a target account list.
    • Current Marketing Trends - includes defining competitive sets, trending varietals, IRI data, and channel growth by percentage.
    • Monthly Placement Reports - top account placements, by the glass placement, depletions and overall POD reports.


  • Managing or assisting you in your Public Relations Functions:
    • Depending on the depth of your winery's Public Relations staff and your PR needs, we can prepare information backgrounders and press releases for you or actually serve as the face and voice of your winery at Consumer and PR events.
    • We work with your winery management and public relations staff to coordinate special events, seminars and educational projects, and local business press articles


  • Managing, motivating and educating the distributors' on and off premise sales teams regarding your wineries entire portfolio 


  • Working alongside your distributors partners teams:on premise/fine wine sales force, key account managers and chains management to generate incremental sales and distribution 


  • Planning and hosting incentive trips to your properties in conjunction with your winery team to foster relationships with high performing trade accounts and distributor teams
